Red Bull Hangar 7

Architecture, race cars, airplanes and high-end cuisine

Red Bull Hangar 7

The Hangar-7 is located next to Salzburg Airport. It was originally build to accommodate the planes of the Flying Bulls. The service of the airplanes is done in the hangar next to Hangar-7. There is a good chance that you will see a Red Bull airplane going to the runway.

The racing cars and aircrafts that are displayed change often, because they are still in use at air shows and events. Therefore it is worth to visit this place more than once if you want to see more of the Flying Bulls collection.

Information

Besides the impressive architecture, the race cars and airplanes, The Red Bull Hangar-7 is also known for its high-end cuisine. Restaurant Ikarus has a unique concept; every month an (international) top chef takes over the kitchen. More information about the guest chefs and the current menu you can find here: Ikarus. (We recommend to make a reservation in advance).
